MrBeast Hits 100 Million YouTube Subscribers

Blower up the balloons with numbers and then decorate your cake with "100M," because MrBeast just broke the 100 million mark on YouTube.



Jimmy Donaldson, the creator of the channel, is fifth person to hit the following benchmark. He comes in after Cocomelon, T-Series and SET India, as well as the only individual account: PewDiePie. "100 million means so much. I've been making videos since I was 11," said Donaldson in an announcement. "This number represents everything I've done in my life . Donaldson has been posting YouTube videos since 2012, with his first ever video to his main channel featuring his game Minecraft. His videos began to gain popularity in the year 2018 when he began creating content that featured him giving large amounts of money to strangers. His videos have evolved to tackle difficult challenges that can cause shock, such as not eating for 30 consecutive days or creating a live-action Squid Game.



To celebrate this career-defining feat, MrBeast will - of course - be releasing new merch, made exclusively available for purchase via YouTube's Live Shopping feature.
