Unfortunately, you do need to plan for rain as the worst thing is having to miss half the performance because you hadn't planned on getting wet. Take a rain coat! Umbrellas will only make others angry because they inevitably block people from seeing the stage.

You shouldn't just make do with any pair of socks. You'll spend a lot of outside, perhaps in the cold and rain, so you'll want your feet to stay as warm and dry as possible. Long socks will help to keep you calves warm. Look for socks with reinforced heels and toes for additional comfort, and wicking properties to draw moisture away from your skin.

Both ladies and gents can wear denim shorts on casual outings as these are a comfortable and practical choice. For work, knee-length, block-coloured shorts are appropriate to wear to most offices. Paired with classic, buttoned shirts, these can look stunning on a man, while ladies can team shorts with a fitted blouse or jersey shirt and accessorise with summery scarves or jewellery.

You don't want your willing fun runners to be lolloping around in the midday sun dressed in a heavy outdoor fleece. Why would directory punish your eager supporters in such a cruel and malevolent way? No no no, what you need is something lightweight for that purpose, so you choose a nice cotton t-shirt of course.
