Even though you paid for Minecraft Java Version, it is still below error Can any one suggest how to fix it?
java.lang.RuntimeException: It seems that this Microsoft Account does not own the game. Make sure that you have bought/migrated to your Microsoft account.

Have you migrated to a microsoft account yet? If you have, try seeing if you used the right MS account.
Im on chromebook and it says whenever I try to run 1.17 and above it says I cant find any compatible java run time. Anyone know how to fix this?

Pojav doesn't support versions 1.17 and higher.
